Our image bank is designed to further the marketing of Skjolden as a cruise destination.
Your company may use our images free of charge, provided they are used in accordance with this objective. The pictures can not be used in publications meant for sale. If you want to buy pictures, please contact the photographer directly, or contact us to get information on how to get in touch with the photographer.

Furthermore, images must not be used to promote any other area than that from which they derive. It is requested that if possible the location, i.e. where in Luster the picture was taken, must be mentioned. The image files you download may only be used for the purposes you have specified in your order. The files must be deleted after use.

If you wish to use images for additional purposes, you must send us a new order. The person who orders image files from us is responsible for satisfying the terms of use, and for controlling that our photographs are only used for the purposes specified in your order. It is strictly forbidden to distribute image files to third parties. If this happens, the original user will be held responsible for any royalties to be paid to the photographer.

All photographs used must be credited as instructed in our image bank, for example "Photo: Cruise Destination Skjolden / Harald Vatne". (The name of the photographer and crediting required is displayed in the text on each image page.)

OBS! If pictures are used wrongly or in conflict with the above mentioned terms, user will be invoiced with NOK 5000,- per image used.
