Safthuset
-"the juice house"

Norway’s leading jam and juice producing company, Lerum, originally started production at Sørheim, where they built a small factory in 1909.

Today, the small factory at Sørheim known as Safthuset (“the Juice House”) and the old village shop are museums open to groups on request.
